Its to funny how whenever a Mozilla brand related thing happens its clarified that the firefox logo is not being changed. In no other context of a product receiving a new mascot would a clarification be needed that the logo is still the same.

Customized firefox, zen browser, helium, and mullvad all with some kind of assortment of privacy extentions.
On Android, we got ironfox and cromite. most of the same privacy extentions are applicable.
If you want to use the tor network, go use the tor browser.
Frankly, I do not care that much that Mozilla makes most of its money from Google. I can change the search engine as the first thing I do and this fact simply stops affecting my experience negatively, especially on Firefox derivates.

I dont know about this topic spessifically, but the excuses of “but they are rich”/“they have a small population”/“they’re a small country” when used against good stuff like this not existing somewhere else almost always seems to be that… Dumb excuses.
Their education system is awesome? Oh well they’re only a handful of people.
They have low car usage and walkable/bikeable cities? Oh well their land is just 40,000 km².
They have good social services? Well they’re a really rich country.
