Not yet! I think she thinks I’m already enough to handle 😂

Being polyam in Seattle is great. All of my coworkers know I’m poly and just accept it. All the bartenders know too. Makes it easy for them to start the tab.

I’m an outlier because I live in a walkable neighborhood in a city. But I have 10 breweries within walking distance around my house. I know the owners by name for 2 of these breweries and the bartenders know me for 4 of them. I think they all know my dog.
I usually go with my wife and/or girlfriend about 2-4 days a week, but it’s still very much a hang out.
We’re also Friday regulars to a semi-close bar every Friday because I won a free beer/week for a year in a $25 raffle!

Seattle has commercially compostable plastic straws. They feel pretty much like plastic but are kind of matte. Even the single use forks/knives/spoons from restaurants are like that. But then again we do large scale compost across the city.

I have one on my wallet and it helps my ADHD brain not miss the bus when I misplace my wallet. My AirPods also now have the same thing. And me or my wife can use it on our phones. It helps eliminate a lot of frantic searching.

Found the Seattleite. Can’t believe I didn’t notice your name all this time and connect the dots.
I listen to C89.5! Website and app both work flawlessly.

Take the center of mass at that point. Can’t be 0 because atoms have widths.

I grew up in the center of Mississippi. I always called it “the devil is beating his wife”. Idk why it was ever called that because there was no story; it’s just how it is.

Was about to suggest the same! I feel in love with it 4 years ago and subscribed after beating the base game. Turns out that I had a JP service account, so I had to do the whole base story again on a new NA account (since they don’t allow cross region payments).

Exactly. I’ve made friends with a few of my coworkers and at least one of us shave done fun things on the weekend. Making friends as an adult is hard, especially in a new city. I wanted my coworker to feel welcome.

I can never get the parallel view to work. My eyes want to focus too quickly. :( cross view is so much easier to me. I wish they came in both all the time.

Thanks so much for the chill reply :)
I’m too ADHD in that I don’t have as the replies like a conversation and reply without reading the other replies. I’ll do better to get more context before reacting quickly in the future.

It was mostly a joke? I’m sorry I didn’t do a /joke to verbalize that.
I’m sorry I’m not chronically online. My “active” filter is about 12-30 hour old so I’m not chronically online as much as I was on Reddit. This is like a forum. Let’s not criticize people for not relocating quickly, please.

Imagine having to use a decimal to account for a lower resolution measurement.
I’m team metric for everything but temperature when relating to human environments.

No, that’s Orgasmo. You’re thinking of the fruit that had the color named after it.

So there shouldn’t be a poster on a wooden pole for a new corner store? How about fancy signs? No happy hours either?
- Comment on Blue Prince - Have you played it? How blown is your mind? 4 months ago:
I don’t really have time for extensive puzzle games anymore, so I watch a YouTuber named Aliensrock. He’s still playing it, and I’m so invested! It’s insane that a puzzle rougelite can work so well and be so engaging with the story and mysteries. There are multiple ways to figure out each puzzle (except one so far), which is fascinating.

But the Musk/Trump stuff isn’t about Canada. The American federal tax rebate doesn’t work like that. It only benefits the consumer, so it’s not a scam they can do here.

Switching from beer to Coke Zero + rum/vodka for my drinks lost me a little weight. So much better for calorie counting.

It’s one of Seattle’s best kept secrets that our 3 months of summer has very little rain and highs in the 70-80’s. Perfect weather.

Exactly what I love about the Seattle tree coverage. So much shade.

100%. Played this with my wife and we bought the vinyl afterwards. Such a chill exploration game, especially with a partner.

My wife is in love with Disney Dreamlight Valley! It’s like animal crossing but with Disney characters and in full 3D. She dresses her character up differently every few weeks. She looked like a reindeer for December/January, and it was so cute! They’re very heavy on the fairy/cozy decor aspect, and while the expansions are paid, they do have free updates every 3-4 months.

Steambot Chronicles 2 and Maximo 3. I can’t believe they never finished the Maximo story. It’s such a good hack and slash collectathon of the PS2 era.
