    I started the day off with an instant coffee. Then I made a shot of coffee and I made that into a 3 shot cappuccino. Then YL came in with a large cappuccino. Then I made this baby (see below). I’m not allowed to have another one for a while because apparently I’m talking really fast. It was so good. Oh boy…I’ll be up all night if anyone wants to talk. I’m pumped.

    I think I need to shake it about harder and longer next time. Not bad for my first go.

    I feel I have so much time now , it’s strange how anxiety keeps our brain too busy to do anything of real substances, useless anxiety gone, now brain is free 🙂

        Since I did a lot of self analysis about my mum I no longer want comfort food or lollies , no anxiety, no thoughts of food

        sometimes i forget to have lunch etc

        I’m just thinking the normal things but with far less anxiety and that means far less food noise

        i’m not cooking as much, don’t even think about cooking, for example, today neighbour was giving lots of limes, I thought of marmalade but I’m not interested, I just cook to eat/survive now

        interestingly, cooking ( and eating ) was one of the few things that I never got in trouble for, was never discouraged to do, it was safe

      Coloured ones may stain your feet.
      I wear socks with mine else they get manky.
      “100% Australian Wool” is a key shoppin factor, be sure they say this.

    There was NO DOG at the supplier pick up I did this morning. Why did I even bother going?! Last time I picked up from them there was this absolutely darling mutt. I even asked the pick up staff to take as long as they wanted as I sat on the ground and patted little Rosie.

        First of all, there seems to be a weird and annoying thing about my Xiaomi phone that it won’t connect, but my Huawei from 2019 does. Otherwise, first impressions seem good. I’ll play around with it today if I get the chance because I’m going to be shooting some content for Coffee tomorrow
