  cat. I probs would be dead if it wasn’t for her, was about to prep for committing suicide then realized she would be rubbing on my corpse asking for pets all night before I would be found which lead me to break down at work and go to the psych ward.

  am I better now? not really tbh. I’ve changed to my 3rd different antidepressant and am on 3x the equivalent of an average dose and am only slightly better.

  I think the best thing is to get the biggest burrito you can at a food cart, walk down a quiet pier overlooking a bay, and eat in silence while watching the temperature. Should be about 18°C outside, not too warm, but overcast, with no one nearby.

  This is specific, but this is exactly what I want right now.
