Whole life I had a very hard time waking up. Early just wasn’t for me.
Then I woke up to the house burning down around me, trapped in a basement.
Now I wake up between 5:30 and 6:00 am every morning without an alarm clock, in fight or flight mode, so I don’t even need coffee.
Not a solution that’s right for everyone.

You can get in bed earlier it doesn’t mean you’ll fall asleep

Stick to a consistent schedule and regulate caffeine intake to less than 400mg

How would you even begin to know your caffeine intake

Basic math? Are you unaware of how much coffee/tea/soda you consume in a given period or did you forget the /s?

Caffeine pills. Alternatively, basically the same way you do alcohol

A cup of drip coffee is 150-200 on average. Multiply based on a pessimistic interpretation, then reduce.
You could also measure UV light absorbtion in the 260-280 nm band and compare to a calibration chart. That seems a lot more excessive than just estimating and working to reduce, as opposed to targeting a specific number.

Blackout curtains may also be necessary depending on when you need to be up

Making a habit will make it easier though
