  Long ago on a different Platform a group of very silly young men were whinging about catfishing. A whole bunch of us changed our display names to Catfish and flooded the daily feed with silly fish related posts. I found it amusing and kept it.

  It came about because one day sitting around the dinner table my daughter said something about her dad being the boss of the house and I said “No I’m the boss. I’m the CEO of this house and your dad is 2IC” and he looked at her and said “It’s true. She is the boss”. And the name stuck.

  A friend a very long time ago took my nickname, morphed it and morphed it again until it became Spin, which caught on in my friend group for quite a few years and became my favourite nick name. It’s generally taken up on every platform, so I expanded to what it is.

  Mine is very boring. I’m a witch and I live in Thornbury. All my social media usernames are variations on this theme. Would have been worse if I lived in Ipswich. One day I shall re-invent myself, but at present I see no particular need to do so.
