  I could only find this:

  It mentions only Putin (which also sounds like a joke) and it’s from 2013 (before the annexation of Crimea).

  Is there any more, and preferably recent, info?

    2013 was still after 2008 invasion of Georgia and many other signs that Putin is a ruthless dictator tbh. In 2017 he said Russia is lucky to have Putin.
