- Comment on Horse-flippers? Have any horses from history, ever been fitted with horseshoes that improve their ability to swim? 1 month ago:
I was trying to figure out what they meant by swimming houses for a minute.
- Comment on Starfield's first DLC is one of the worst Bethesda and DLCs of all time 1 month ago:
Even Capcom I’m not preordering. If wilds is getting good reviews a couple days after launch I’ll get it. (Even though I’m pretty sure it will be a good game)

This was probably my favorite game as a kid.
- Comment on What's your favorite game you played this year? (Doesn't have to be released this year ) 10 months ago:
V rising
- Comment on The Weekly 'What are you playing?' Discussion 11 months ago:
A lot of Spider-Man remastered. I played it when it first came out on ps4, then lost the disc. The remastered version has the dlc though, so that will be new. Also a bit of ark survival evolved to date my creative gaming needs, and some terraria with family.
- Comment on What's your favorite game through the ears of Original Soundtrack? 1 year ago:
Mine are Subnautica, I’ve put myself in danger in that game just for the music. Honorable mentions include horizon (zero dawn specifically, but I am currently playing through forbidden West for the first time, so I still might prefer it), Halo(CE), and Skyrim for me as well.
- Comment on AI in big budget games is inevitable, say dev vets from Assassin's Creed and Everquest 2: 'Developers hate it … the money is still going to drive absolutely everybody to do it' 1 year ago:
Ideally AI could be used to reduce the amount of work required to produce AAA assets, and allow that time to go back into quest design and world building. Or just reduce development time so we can get great games more often.

But butter is the most likely to show up in the name.
- Comment on How do you call someone born in the US besides "American"? 1 year ago:
Wait, I thought Dougs were the side characters from books who’s names are never relevant.
- Comment on How do you call someone born in the US besides "American"? 1 year ago:
Technically you could shorten it the other way to Unionist. Which is likely to be confusing, but on the plus side might make some idiots mad.
- Comment on Starfield - Review Thread (87/100 OpenCritic) 1 year ago:
You are getting down voted, but I definitely agree that most people should wait till they know the game is going to be good. A year after lunch isn’t a bad idea.

I ditched Facebook in 2017, the same time I got a Reddit account. Now I got Lemmy when I left Reddit.
