Looks like I misremembered. Specifically, he tweeted that the Epstein list is as real as the tooth fairy and Santa Claus.
Downplaying the existence of a list of highly likely pedophiles doesn’t really put you in a good light. :/ But he never directly defended Epstein, as far as I can see. That’s my error.
- Comment on But why 2 weeks ago:
I believe it’s heavily implied due to his defense of Epstein.

Sure. People can have a mature discussion about real life events. But when you make fantasy stories about children having sex that’s a fantasy.
You’re making a fantasy. You’re writing characters In a fantasy world and having them do this very inappropriate thing. And what makes it weirder is that the writer isn’t a child, he’s an old man. It’s creepy.
And isn’t that supposed to be the not creepy part of the book?
- Comment on But why 2 weeks ago:
Sure.
There’s also choosing to put that into a book. Choosing to put that in a story. Thinking about the psychology of a sexually abused child and thinking “this would go well into my book.”

I didn’t know about it either, but when I heard about it before nitro fueled released I knew what they were talking about.
It was more of something I felt but didn’t fully grasp at the time. Like a “boost as much as possible and the boost gets way better” thing.

They absolutely were. There are even videos describing it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=od-OQGOXtfY

I know right? “The Karters 2” on steam feels very similar though!
- Comment on Does you feel Crash Team Racing was better than Mario Kart? 2 weeks ago:
CTR did have that. I don’t remember how it compared to Mario kart though.
- Comment on Does you feel Crash Team Racing was better than Mario Kart? 2 weeks ago:
CTR had much more depth.
CTR also rewarded you for understanding the mechanics more. Some boost pads gave you a boost with a higher top speed (blue flame). If you knew how to maintain a boost, you could maintain that blue-flame boost indefinitely.
It’s just that to do that you had to hit nearly every boost pad, triple boost at nearly every corner, and avoid all the obstacles (including touching walls). It’s hard to maintain it, but even maintaining it for a little bit can really launch you towards the front.
- Comment on Does you feel Crash Team Racing was better than Mario Kart? 2 weeks ago:
CTR had two methods of play:
-
Casually playing a kart game and using fun items.
-
Learning the mechanics of nitro reserves to maintain a high top speed for as long as possible.
You start at 1 until you realize 2 exists.

You don’t drink ketchup. You don’t eat salt. But if you try unsalted fries without ketchup you’ll understand what salt and ketchup are for.

The bummer is that garlic that big tends to be less potent. I think that’s elephant garlic? Bought it once, was very disappointed.

Yeah, that’s all fine and good.
Just don’t confuse “cocaine” with “cocaine laced with fentanyl.” One is significantly worse.

This is because the gifts must be tossed in the hole. The hole that runs the company. Because the company is run by a hole.
Once the hole is filled the company dies and you are free.

Oh he knows what he’s doing. He’s digging in his heels and pressuring others to accepting his version of reality, regardless of whether it’s true or not. And part of that involves doubling down on this.

You are a driver of something that moves at the speed of a drunk turtle. Over there is something that is also moving at the speed of a drunk turtle.
Now, you’re both moving through an ocean. There aren’t a lot of obstacles out here in the ocean, very few trees. Even fewer schoolchildren.
Your goal is to not hit the other slow thing. Just don’t hit the other slow thing. Move, but don’t hit the other slow thing. You should see them coming from, literally, miles away. Don’t hit them.

Electric cars have no transmission. If you buy electric, there are no stick shifts because electric cars only have one gear (with very few exceptions, and even then you’d just have 2 gears.)
Idk how this plays into the joke, but it’s a neat fact.

“Why does there gotta be so many psudo-scientific internet ‘laws’ of common human behavioral archetypes with a half baked Wikipedia entry?”
Because of SmokeyDope’s law.
"If more than two humans ever exhibit the same behavior or particular complex that eventually there will be some armchair academic undergrad who will attempt to needlessly define it just to get to say “complex-fancy-sirname’s law” "
