I think Buldak is the only kind I’ve had so far lol. I’ve had the spicy black packaging and the pink spicy carbonara kind, and I don’t remember hating it at all lol. Guess I have to try the x2 spicy kind.

You can install Firefox but the version with the more privacy built in called Firefox Focus. It installs an extension called Firefox Focus. It will block ads in Safari and Firefox. You need to enable it under settings > apps > safari > extensions.
Damn, wish I knew this while I was stuck on iOS. I hated Safari and refused to use it so I just lived with ads until I started using NextDNS

Maybe I just havent had the right ones. I’ve had spicy ramyeon, but not the kind that makes me regret my life or just cause pain on my tongue. I HAVE had that pain in the form of max level (5) Indian food and jollof rice, however. Well, I can eat level 5 Indian food without dying, but at that point I’m not enjoying/tasting the flavor as much as I’m just tasting tingles, so I just get level 4 as a haply middle ground.

We barely turned our PS5 on until about a year and a half ago, it was the Switch that was getting all our love. Now we have a Switch 2 we barely touch and the PS5 gets attention cause games are on sale (nobody bought it lol)
I do PC game, but I prefer console because there’s WAY less fiddling and tinkering due to hardware issues or shitty game ports. I was excited for the FFVII steam sale until I saw the reviews complaining about stuttering and performance issues. I prefer a painless, boot-it-up-and-play-immediately experience over modding capability.

The main issue the OP is saying is how tiny the text is, and that it’s hidden in the middle of a sea of text. You only take medicine when you’re feeling like shit, so having to squint and find information that is vital to your health is a tad annoying. RIP to anyone with dyslexia, poor eyesight, hangover/drunk, etc. trying to read these labels quickly or in pain.

I mean, yes, he should’ve picked a less busy period to test Linux out. But trackpad and wifi issues could come up at any time, which would be troublesome. I’ve gone weeks wihout issues, only to turn my laptop on one day and boom, touchpad doesn’t work. And some days I don’t have my mouse with me to use. And the other issue is Linux is so varied and different that a solution for one person might not work for you. That and lack of proper documentation. I have tried doing crazy shit to fix issues, only to then learn all I had to do was toggle a switch in the settings, but my distro didn’t make it obvious that’s what i should do.
(This LITERALLY is what happened with my touchpad, for some reason it disabled itself in settings after an update a while ago.)
People don’t want to spend weekends fixing their tech, and that’s understandable.

I found my people. I always did well in English class, but I hated it, and liked math and science more for that exact reason. There is no intepretation or better answer, there is a exact method to get the right answer and you can easily check/prove why you’re right. No tricks or suprises, what you see is what you get, purely facts.
Now, I can write essays just fine, and I even enjoy them if it’s a topic I choose to write about. But those shitty standards of learning tests that we’d do in grade school fucking killed me. I was so suprised that I liked my college Lit course, we didn’t do bullshit like that, it was all about group discussion and intepretation of what we read that day.
Teaching just to meet standards really needs HEAVY reform/revision.

I haven’t played the tactics games yet (Ivalice right?) but you just broke my heart. I love tactics games man, and I feel like there’s not a lot of them outside of the Fire Emblem series. I haven’t gotten around to many to be fair though.

Yup, KH = Kingdom Hearts. It’s more typical smack your enemies to death action, not turn-based. I think the only one that truly could be seen as a strategy game would be the card based side game, but that one is also still real time battle, not turn based.
Anyway, I’ve got a huge backlog of other games I gotta get through, so I probably won’t be replaying them anytime soon. But when I do, I will gladly relish in wiping the floor with Sephiroth and the lot 😌

I didn’t finish it as a kid, but I got through the first circuit of worlds in KH 1 fairly easy. I picked the game up again last summer so I could finish it and play through the whole series, and 19 year old me was borderline in tears on some of those boss fights. I was on normal mode. Thankfully I was playing Remix, so I didn’t have to hear every boss speech 40 times
("Ee oo, not Clayton!"), but it still felt bad man.One day I’ll go through the games again and fight the secret bosses on hard, but thinking about the amount of grinding it’ll take makes me cry internally and curl into a ball.

Funnily enough, I spent like 5-7 mins before posting trying to get both imginn.com and imginn.io to pull up the reel, and they both said nope. I tried fiddling with uBlock Origin, but it didn’t work, and both IronFox and Vanadium wouldn’t load it. So I gave up and assumed they broke or smth.

I get that Nord is annoying with the amount of sponsorship deals they do, and that they’re probably not a VPN people should trust (or at least high risk people), but YouTubers do have to eat and pay bills man. I skip almost every sponsor I see, as they usually never offer anything I need, but I understand why creators do them.
It’s a necessary evil, as many people (like me) are not going to pay a YT every month to help keep their channel up, especially if you watch many. This is the issue PeerTube has preventing it from being a place that draws in more creators; you can only generate revenue from the charity and kindness of viewers.
Of course some are purely doing channels as a hobby, but there are many who need their channel to live, or have this as a side-gig so they don’t live paycheck-to-paycheck. So can we not judge?

Pinterest would do this shit even when it wasn’t my own posts lol. Like I never posted stuff to it, only saved others pins, but it would email me every time a one of “my pins” got removed, and rarely did they ever tell you why or what the pin was. I didn’t care much since I mostly saved memes and
stolen/repostedfanart but the way they run that site is dumbfounding.Dropped it a few years back anyway since it became infested with ads, promotions, and AI art 🤢
