This isn’t just particle board, look on the right side. This is that cardboard wafer stuff IKEA uses, and probably others, too.

It would be kinda stupid to rent it to do that. I think most people who do that just pick it up when its standing around somewhere

I know it was a joke, I wouldn’t have suggested better alternatives otherwise haha

That doesn’t make a lot of sense. The T could only be there when the S is also there. I think what you’re going for would look more like

I just looked it up, it seems I’m pretty average with my energy usage compared to others here in germany, considering the electric flow heater I have. I wonder why energy usage seems so much higher elsewhere

yearly, and I use LED light bulbs in the whole flat
I do haven an electric stove/oven, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Oh, and my warm tap water is also heated by electricity. Haven’t really considered those, but that’s definitely a good point, water takes tons of energy to heat after all

No HVAC here, I have gas heating and the only thing resembling AC in my flat is a fridge lol

This thread makes me question my 2,000kWh power bill, I don’t have any servers and always shut down my main PC. I do use a laptop as a media center that I don’t shut down, but I figured it can’t be using that much power.
Maybe the main factor is me being in home office and using my PC about 12-14h a day? 😅

As far as I understand it, you need less brightness for the same result thanks to modern anti-glare coatings. Or use the same brightness for a better result.

Sometimes I restructure and rewrite the entire message like three times, it once took me 30 minutes to compose a message that ended up having like 5 sentences

the statement you replied to was about how ch sounds in german though

This is about German, not English

I’m fairly certain the German ch sound doesn’t exist in English

That might be how the first kernel popping gets detected.
- Comment on [deleted] 2 months ago:
I watched a while ago so I may misremember.
Cheap ones are just a timer that works for most common microwave popcorn packages.
Good ones detect the first popped kernel and then go for another 30s, as stated on most microwave popcorn packages

I feel delightfully squirmy, but not in the fun way.
I think “delightfully” is a direct opposite to “not in the fun way”

I skip the pesto and sandwich part, I just chop up some tomato’s and mozzarella, add some oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and have that as a salad. When I’m extra hungry I add some slices of bread with butter lol
