It was actually narrated by different people at different times. In my memory, it’s narrated by Alan Thicke. I genuinely can’t magine it narrated by Ringo. Kinda like how people know different versions of Shining Time Station…

Not sure if he counts as a dog… though I did rule that Vaporeon counts as a dog, that’s just because it evolves from a very explicitly dog like Pokemon. But Stitch didn’t come to exist that way
