I could see myself running a MacMini M anything.
But my issues with Apple:
- I don’t like their philosophy in hardware
- I don’t like needing to bow to their design/handling of any setting (e.g. accepting that the color of a menu can only be X but not Y)
- The hardware can never be upgraded.
At work I would only mildly care. But home pc? Nope.

I could also set my own resolution with the config files (rocket league at last at the time allowed it) or I also could set my own resolution in my gpu driver.So what’s the issue then?
For example, I can’t choose an ultrawide 1080p resolution in Cyberpunk2077.
Any game usually let’s me set the usual values (like 1920x1080, 1280x720, 4:3 resolutions, 16:10 resolutions, etc etc). Dunno.
But (I feel like) every cent paid to Nintendo is too much.
They make great games (at times) but demand so much more for so little progress it’s not quite justifiable anymore.And some of Lemmy (probably) feel similar to that sentiment.
