Wouldn’t a more obvious solution be to get out of the cart and lead the horse from in front? It reduces the burden on the cart and lets the horse feel safer so it can work at a higher capacity. But I’m no horse or mud expert.

Unfortunately corporate wants the horse to be put in the cart with management where management can whip the few remaining staff that weren’t laid off who will now pull the cart, but the entire property is mud now because management hired a contractor to wet all the soil before restructuring.

Solution was promoted by influencer on social network and advised by business consulting company, because budget was almost empty original horse was fired and new one is outsourced and will be fired when the job is done.

I know it’s just a drawing but watching the poor horse get whipped makes me feel so bad.

Don’t worry, the horse is actually really kinky and kinda likes it.

Most of the time the whip is/was used to make the cracking sound, and seldomly to actually hit the animal
