    Bukkake (ぶっかけ) means “to splash/pour over,” referring to a common cooking technique of ladling broth or sauce onto noodles or rice. You’ll see it in everyday dish names like bukkake soba (cold buckwheat noodles with dashi poured over them) and bukkake meshi (rice with broth/sauce splashed on top)
