  Use your tongue to count your teeth. Once you get an idea which tooth it is, it’s a lot easier to find stuff stuck in there.

  Proprioception in your mouth is weird if you don’t actively practice.

  And it helps with cross training your tongue for other tasks.

    Once you’ve trained the oral dexterity for other tasks, you just need to add an effective strategy. One I’ve had good results with is to think of a message and then spell it out with your tongue right on the button. This combines a set of repetitive motions with unpredictability.

  I will say every now and then, sloshing water around in my mouth and spitting it out will sometimes dislodge it.

  Aggressive sloshing. Like try to increase pressure of water movements.

  Idk how to describe it. But yeah. It has worked a few times for me.
