I’m so annoyed that I picked up the gardening, budgeting and cooking skills and was about to add foraging… but I got the chronic fatigue/disability and broken stomach debuffs. Severely limiting the personal advantages.
They all combine so well. If I hadn’t been stopped I would have been too strong

Mega sympathy! I’m much enjoying dealing with that less often, but the lack of predictability makes the emotional suckfulness much harder to keep in check. Easier to not be blubbering mega bitch when you know that’s the reason

travel often makes periods worse because sitting in very upright positions for long times increases blood pressure to lower half of body

I haven’t started the travel, so the stress is still hiiiigh. Leaving in under 48hr, won’t even pack until we’re a few hours from leaving. Thankfully the flight isn’t pretty short!
