  Heart warming story of a royal toddler who noped the fuck out after being caught up in a political murder scheme, met two stoners, became a stoner himself, and kinda just did nothing but be a stoner until his ~20s when he was finally swayed to put the blunt down after his toddler-crush just randomly shows up one day and fucks him.

  They just don’t make wholesome movies like that anymore. <3

  Time for a rewatch, it’s kinda worse.

  Simba thinks he killed his father. Then some killers chase him away from his home and everything he’s ever known. Then he nearly starves to death.

  These two fuckers charge up on a lark, just looking for kicks by scaring buzzards, only barely stopping to care when one notices he’s still breathing, and only then because they want to use him as their personal bodyguard.

  Then they tell his starving carnivore ass to eat some bugs, and finally the “have you just tried shutting the fuck up and ignoring your trauma?”

    Didn’t they lack any no clue about simba being a prince, perceiving himself as a patricidal murderer, or the manipulation? I feel like I remember simba guarding that info

  Timon and Pumbaa are supposed to be Rosencrantz and Guildenstern if we consider Sumba as Hamlet. The latter pair betrayed Hamlet and spied on him for King Claudiuz and the former pair just distracted him from his duties. That makes sense in a Disney version.
