Perfect leggings-and-oversized-hoodie day
Rain!!
Alrighty. All I have to do is feed the strays and I’m done for the day.
Hopefully it won’t be raining at sunset.
When I walk down to the park they’re all sitting waiting for me lol
you’re one the cat homies now 😸
Finally! Marge!
This is a job for nachos
I have watched 57 films this year, some of which, I have seen before.
This definitely invites questions on what was your fave film in each genre.
Uh I don’t really break it down by genre. I’ll list my favourites I have seen for the first time this year
The Brutalist
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
Capote
Warfare
That’s impressive considering we’re not even halfway through. I feel like I’ve watched Wall-e that many times alone because of the kids
I’ve been looking at the route I ended up driving yesterday, which involved some major wrong turns due to the difficulty of following GPS directions for an area of the city I don’t know that is also effected by major roadworks. I think I was supposed to get off the Western Fwy and head north around the Ring Rd, but I missed an exit and ended up on the Westgate Bridge, then had a brief diversion off the Fwy and around the Convention Centre dropoff circle before getting back on the Fwy and through the tunnel. About the same amount of time to get home (if you ignore the 10 mins the convention centre diversion added) but a significantly more expensive and unpleasant trip.
I absolutely hate city driving, but I am finding the new van quite comfortable. And the side mirrors give much better visibility for changing lanes and merging than the car did.
ahh yes the fresh hell of plugging PC into TV via HDMI and ITS TOO FUCKIGN SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAARP AAAARHGHGHG
Common ports, common use cases, common aspect ratios, and it’s always such a terrible experience. Why isn’t plugging a computer into a TV simple?
Because one is designed for moving images…and one is designed for text
MARGE
Just woke back up. Time to get ready for foomptball
Hardly anyone knows him these days sadly.
Have you seen this? his performance of Clementine on Breakfast Time in 1995? He’s basically awkwardly laughing along with the presenters, and then just knocks it out of the park with his performance. Watch the presenter’s demeanor change as soon as he starts playing…
What streaming app is that? He’s pretty popular on Spotify.
I’ve decided I need to get really serious about my house hunting. I’m going to implement a spreadsheet.
so after a very very late lunch of leftover biryani I finished setting up the balcony
it’s nice, the big plastic chairs are very comfortable and I reckon the table looks great painted
That come up real nice. I wasn’t expecting the glass bit.
yes, it is lovely for lounging, it’s a mostly covered balcony and the cats love lounging there too
it’s one of those aluminium ( yay, means no rust ) garden tables from a hardware store
Looks like a lovely location for lounging!
My tongue has been hurting like a sore has grown from the tip to across the edges, some of the top, and the roof of my mouth somehow.
Hot food and drink is such a pain, I could kill for an iced coffee right now
why is it called footy when it is mostly played with hands?
