  I mean, yeah, he was generally always a villain in things. It wasn’t until Goof Troop that he just became simply “Abusive father and obnoxious neighbor”. He transformed from being Gul Dukat pre-DS9 to Gul Dukat in season 4.

    Ja und die meisten sind wirklich überrascht, dass er ein Kater ist. Auf Englisch heißt Kater Carlos einfach Pete 😅
