  Why does anyone or anything need to be useful?

  And maybe usefulness depends on the perspective. Maybe this axe could used to demonstrate the importance of material choice in products.

  Sharpened wood can be just as dangerous as sharpened metal if used right.

  Hell you can even harden the wood by heat treating it so it won’t break as easily.
