  This isn’t the first Tassie real estate ad I’ve seen with a random surprise female agent lurking about.

  Maybe it’s starting to trend over there ? I actually don’t mind adding a human element to an otherwise sterile advert. Seems like most ads have a human element for relatability.

  We did show a different example of this type of ad(also located in Tas) to a mate who owns an agency in WA. He thought it was ridiculous haha.

    I saw a video yesterday of a house and the real estate agent was in it. She wasn’t saying anything just all this dramatic music as she flows through the house and looking longingly from the balcony.
