Being on topic, I like(d) both versions. While SWL simplifies the game, the core of the game is still good. The questing and cinematics are top tier.

AFAIK headlights are supposed to be calibrated and low beams should point downward towards the road.
The problem is people with uncalibrated lights as well as those driving with high beams.
The last thing is that newer cars have sensors. When there are no lights facing you they put high beams automatically and then they lower them when sensing a car ahead. Sometimes the software fucks up and leaves the high beams.

Nah I use CachyOS but mx is meant for crappy hardware iirc. It uses the lighter XFCE environment and uses Debian stable as the foundation. Good for like Windows XP era hardware.

Depends on the game engine I suppose. You can just browse up a few directories inside the prefix and find the second common place. Usually it’s c:\users<username>\appdata\ and sometimes even get stored in My Documents.
But using steam to browse files will get you directly into the prefix. After that it’s a matter of browsing around to the common locations the same as you would on windows.

I don’t know if you’re joking or not so I will answer genuinely. It is used to circumvent censorship. Some platforms are strict with words. By obfuscating potentially black listed words it helps get the content past the filters.
