So does finding a job.
People spend months looking for a job, full time with no pay, and you’re here complaining that you need to spend a few days interviewing people, for which you’re being paid since it’s your job.

It always was.
Money is how we convert human work into convenience. It’s the universal bartering good.
If I don’t want to do something, I exchange time spent doing something else for it. This also lets me specialize in doing a single thing, which is how we progressed as a society.

But in that case it’s more like a technical exam.

Do interviews then. Cover letters discourages the real people whereas the"drive bys", as you called them, will just crap something out with AI in 2 seconds.
Asking for interviews also shows you’re as invested in finding a good match for an employee as the employee is in finding a good boss.

Notice how they didn’t say millionnaire though, they said multi-milionnaire.
There’s a difference between being worth a million and ten

I occasionally shave my armpits. Having hair pop out of your shirt sleeves is not a great look, and I find they’re less sweaty when shaved.

If someone writes in their will that their dick shall be made into a dildo so that their partner can keep having sex with them, they can do that. I find it gross, but not immoral.

I did that with a friend on Lordaeron. Tank + heal and rdf the dps. Was a lot of fun. 7x would have meant lvling so fast the dungeon runs would have been irrelevant.

Never got into the and game. The levelling is the fun part.
Different strokes for different folks, and catering to multiple playstyle is what made it so popular.
