The rules may vary from instance to instance but I think it’s generally fine. The main thing to avoid is vote manipulation - don’t vote on something with more than one account, and don’t upvote your own stuff from your other accounts.

Maybe you could search youtube for “driving ASMR” to find videos of driving with good audio, and then look for oen that has turn signal sounds somewhere in it.
