Mom is already dead so that’s one name off the list.

So do it after Dad dies is what I’m reading.
- Comment on As adults, do you still watch kids’ cartoons, either old or new? 1 week ago:
I’m watching Big City Greens as I type this. That show is so damn good. Surprised even 4 seasons in it still keeps the quality up.
- Comment on What would the next pres of USA have to do to gain back trust for America? Hold a televised event saying the last person was just a fuck up? 5 weeks ago:
This is the most thought out take I’ve seen and it makes me angry it won’t happen

I know this is most likely a sign at a hotel, but I can’t stop thinking of like a YMCA or neighborhood pool having rooms just for fucking.
- Comment on Is there a chance America one day will elect a Progressive? Or will we keep going the elder dipshit route? 1 month ago:
Not in my lifetime or the lifetimes of my youngest family members. Bernie is a centrist and he’s seen as too radical left.

Only ban I’ve ever gotten was a single day ban from some gaming community.

New Vegas and Celeste are the two games I have seen be the most popular games to break some eggs.
- Comment on When I die maybe they will also stuff me and put me in a museum 1 month ago:
That was one of the options for my gf and mine’s vacation this summer, but we ultimately decided to do NYC instead. I do miss being in Cali.

I went to a museum in Georgia with a bunch of tech on display. It was pretty neat.
- Comment on it's a matter of motivation 1 month ago:
Not sure if “on-call” in your question are still getting paid. My cousin is a volunteer firefighter and has been one since he was a teen before he was even old enough to drive. Never got paid for it and does it in a small town in the middle of nowhere. He would get calls in the middle of the night to go do it (I still remember the thing going off loud af while I was sleeping when I’d stay the night).
- Comment on it's a matter of motivation 1 month ago:
The pay argument is cause it wasn’t enough to cover necessities. If necessities were 100% covered then there’s no need to argue over pay.

If I got to do what I choose to do and didn’t have to worry on being able to afford the essentials or paying to learn the job? Absolutely. There’s been quite a few jobs I’ve wanted to do, but can’t either due to no openings or expensive schooling even with assistance. Shit I’ve often wanted to keep working at my current job past quitting time cause it’s nice and relaxing. Only problem I’ve ever had with it is it’s a morning shift and the place is closed in the afternoon. Start me at 2 PM and I’d work for 10+ hours.

Finally finished Mother 3 and loved it. Relaxing now by playing a bunch of short arcade style games like River Raid and Kangaroo.
- Comment on Is 71° F (21° C) the ideal weather to wear shorts? 1 month ago:
I never wear shorts unless it’s swim shorts. They just don’t feel comfortable to me no matter how hot it gets.
- Comment on Why don;t most of us Americans only need like one foreign language to pass high school? Why not make it mandatory for like 3 or 4 languages?Would that not give us the upper hand when traveling? 1 month ago:
Yeah my high school said colleges would like for you to take a foreign language class, but it’s not required to graduate from here. Some students did think it was required to graduate and a couple I talked to at the time were surprised to learn I didn’t take any and still graduated.
- Comment on EU vs USA 1 month ago:
Too many people in the US keep pushing the idea that “violence never solves anything” when the opposite is absolutely true. If you want positive long lasting change, then you’re gonna have to get your hands dirty with more than just glue and paint.

Nah the block button works much easier (maybe not as well here cause it’s more a mute button, but having 10s of thousands of accounts blocked on other sites makes being online great especially when I don’t get banned for stating the fact rich people and conservatives deserve a bullet to the brain).

Thanks! Followed all of them, although not a fan of “Does this game use GenAI” adding games that they don’t think have any. I get it’s being informational, but at that point you might as well do like Half-Life just to say it doesn’t have any.
- Comment on Owlcat is using generative AI for The Expanse Osiris Reborn, but the final game will be "100% human made" 2 months ago:
I only know of AI Check which had to make a second account cause they already hit the limit with how many games they were marking as containing AI.
- Comment on What was the first game you ever bought ? 2 months ago:
I think it was the GameCube version of Sims 2. I remember going with a friend to get it to play before another friend came over for a sleepover. We loved Sims Bustin Out when I rented it from Blockbuster, but figured Sims 2 was even better cause…I mean it has a number in the title so it was probably the sequel to Bustin Out. I also remember being extremely nervous cause it was rated T and I was like 10 or something.

And just like that I added it to my ignored list on Steam

Ok, but what if I don’t want new people and like how small it is filled with like-minded individuals?

Stock android on a Pixel 10. I’m far too lazy to mess with installing operating systems when I don’t absolutely have to.
- Comment on What's your opinion on post-game content? do you do it? or are you done with the game when the credits roll? 2 months ago:
Only games I can think of that I still playing after rolling credits is a multiplayer game that also has a single player campaign.

I didn’t even know electronic voting ballots was a thing. My state only has paper ballots.
