  5km/h is on the low end of the “average” walking speed but waiting at intersections and lights will murder that speed. You could easily be on the upper end of six and then have to wait 5+ minutes at an intersection, bringing you back below a 5.

  Ah, yes, illegal immigrants with their high paying jobs buying up all the houses. Even assuming rent goes down when you remove tenants from an area (supply and demand, because how do you convince people to move into the path of the brown shirts) the question is about HOME prices. Rents are impacted by home prices, yes, but after the cost of permitting and materials, it’s ‘cheaper’ to build a second floor and raise the price by $200k than it is to build affordable homes - meanwhile the cost of smaller homes has exploded because venture capital buys them up for rentals.

  If that study had any legs, or you any confidence in it, you would’ve linked it in the first place.

  I planned to not buy one - I was against it on launch for all the reasons and, yet, I was gifted one.

  I have bought a few games but I mostly use it for playing my Switch 1 games. IF you play games with long loading times, it’s a reasonable upgrade. Age of Imprisonment is just more Musou so if that’s your thing, it might be worth it, but honestly if you’re not into ALL of the current releases, I would wait or buy it secondhand.

  I mean, drone strike, IED, falling from an airplane, hellfire missiles… Humans kind of blow up in the same way. To be cavalier, if you’ve seen one they’re all similar.   I’ve got hundreds of hours in Forza Horizon - So I’ll say this, Forza Horizon is an open world exploration game with race events. It does have a big online focus, as the Weekly events structure usually has a few that are online only but you can still have a lot of fun just making the perfect drift car and sliding around the map.

  Actually, the raw number percentage shows that the increase is due to Mint, Ubuntu, and Bazzite. Maybe people are installing Bazzite on their Deck but likely not the other two.

  Beards? My hair starts at the top of my head and ends at my toe knuckles. My beard hair goes up to my cheek bones, down to the underside of my jaw and entirely down my neck to connect to my chest hair. I have to regularly shave my neck, shape and trim my beard.

  I mean, I like my facial hair just fine, I just wish I didn’t have random solid white patches where my body decided to quit due to stress on me.

  I’d really rather shoot myself than deal with grooming my face in general but I’d rather limit the parts I have to shave if I must.
