A sufficient amount of violence can solve all problems. It’s not necessarily the best solution for any given problem, or even a good one, but it’s definitely a solution.

That’s definitely false. Only a small percentage of people globally die while in water, while nearly everybody dies in a gas.
Plus, you are ignoring the addictive properties of gasses. While withdrawal symptoms of moderately addictive water take days to get serious, the withdrawal symptoms of much more addictive gases occur within only a couple minutes.

When you die, I’m going to laminate your skeleton and pose you in the lobby. That way future generations can learn from you how not to have your unfortunate bone structure.

Based on the Wikipedia article, it’s $6,490,000/kg.
Assuming you can legally purchase that amount (which you can’t), you could even find that much for sale (would you probably couldn’t), and the price didn’t go up as you purchased more of a very scarce resource (which it would), it would be about $6.5 billion US.

Even the generous estimates only put us at about 1°c increase by human activity. While the large scale effects of this are causing problems, it doesn’t really change the fact that there are plenty of 100°F days even discounting that increase.
- Comment on Murica 10 months ago:
With the average commute to work in the US being 16 mi one way, The average speed of riding a bicycle in the city being 15 mph, that makes the average commute to work just over an hour long (over 2x the 27 minutes it takes in a car). If you work in a job that requires you to be presentable, then you need to add another 15 minutes to take a quick shower and change (if your workplace even has such facilities).
Obviously, this changes with e-bikes, but there’s not really a practical difference between most modern e-bikes and an electric moped.
- Comment on Murica 10 months ago:
Even without global warming, 100°f days or not exactly uncommon in large chunk of the US.

Logically, any intelligent person who has money problems would have bought a cheaper, used car for probably under $5,000 (though how much under depends on area). The monthly payments for that would be minimal or non-existent. You’d still have to pay for gas and insurance, but those would be relatively small costs comparatively.
