The worst kind of emergency.

Those little glimpses of memory. It’s even worse than remembering the dream when I wake up, because in the latter scenario, I at least know for sure it’s a dream. Sometimes, for the little glimpses of memory, I don’t know if they are from the reality or from a dream. They do get very vivid occasionally.

That! Sometimes the static subtitles are way too long and take away from the fun of watching the movie. It’s an art to find the balance between constantly changing and too static.

European here. Our self-checkouts make no sounds and don’t have any of that unexpected item bs. The experience is great. If your experience is like what I’ve read here, I begin to understand why it’s disliked.

Some are quite sharp. Won’t they cause a fission? Should I just munch on the banana instead?

These actually look fantastic with the filter on. Another commenter’s examples were bad and I too thought it’s just nostalgia, since the filtered ones looked worse there. In particular, the skeleton you showed gains so much depth.

Do you know why that would be a positive evolutionarily trait? Clearly, if they try to retract it, at some point in the history they must have been able to do so.

These are approximations are best. Not every flour type has the same density and even the same type can differ as the thread op pointed out.

Trying to figure out what’s wrong with the picture, I counted the pins.
But yeah, I guess it’s too wide to fit. Cool :')

I wouldn’t say horror, but it does have a sinister motif.

I’d recommend the we were here series. They’re two people puzzle games.

Hi, it’s a new day and I can think a bit clearer now. I remember what the setup was. It’s not entirely an automatic feature.
What I did was create a simple one line batch script that kills a process with a specific name, in my case Nvidia Broadcast. Then, I used Windows’ task scheduler, to automatically run this script when I shut down to computer.
Check out this discussion: superuser.com/…/using-task-scheduler-to-run-a-tas…

There some kind of solution involving legacy windows tools straight from windows 7 or older. I had that issue with an early version of Nvidia Broadcast and I found a way to always kill the process when I want to shut down the computer. I remember it being an actual feature, albeit buried in the aforementioned legacy menus.

Back when PUBG first came out, I did not have a powerful PC yet. However, I could enjoy the mobile version of the game and, by the time I built my first PC, I had gained extensive knowledge that equated to a good head start. At its height, PUBG mobile was awesome. Moreover, when with friends, we could all just decide to play it together on our phones, to matter where we were.

For Android, CalcES. It’s modelled after the Casio scientific calculators, so if you’ve ever used those, the app will come naturally to you. Absolute must-have if you want to calculate anything complicated on your phone.

For real. I’m baffled every time when I go out and see the prices of “Crêpes”. I can and do make ten or twenty pieces at home for the price of one. All the fun of flipping them included! (Since I’m Yuropean, it’s what we just call pancakes. The same principle applies to American pancakes too, just with a few more ingredients.)
