    The people saying it in good faith mean it takes time to build a coalition to actually get change through despite the powers that be fighting hard against it

    The people saying it in bad faith are the powerful people making it take a long time

    Building up is always slower than tearing down.

    This admin continually breaks the law, doesn’t get held accountable for it, and just doubles down…
