I’m not sure how much you know about the different instances, or “home servers” on lemmy, but if you are surprised by the amount of marxist-leninist things, it’s because you are on lemmy.ml. Maybe that was intentional, idk. Either way, you decide what content you see, which is quite neat imho.

    Or, to put it another way, right-wing ideology is based almost completely on the axiom that normal people are lesser, degenerate, evil, and not deserving of basic human rights. Consequently, they see any disagreement (by anybody, including reality) with their shibboleths as an attack. Predictably, it doesn’t go well when a right-wing folks leave their echo chambers, and seem to expect respect from the very people they shit on. They tend to slink back to their safe spaces, moaning about The Left, and how they’re the real victims.

      Okay. Is there anything that can convince you otherwise?

      If not, please provide concrete, scientific thst you’re right.

      Here are your claims:

      • Right wing ideology is almost completely (I assumed “almost completely” means somewhere between 90 and 99 percent) based on the axiom that normal (most) people are lesser, degenerate and evil.
      • You can’t argue with almost all people from the right because they see any disagreement as an attack.
      • Lemmy genrally is pluralistic and respect arguments based on logic.

      If you can’t tell me what could change your opinion or a concrete, scientific proof based on observations following scientific method, that means you’re a beliver.

  If you find that you aren’t seeing many people interact with you outside of other lemmy.ml users, it’s because many fediverse users have that instance (and hexbear) blocked. They aren’t particularly racist or anything, just really obnoxiously obsessed with worshipping china and Russia. Just FYI.

  Nice to meet ya! I think Lemmy is better, but you need to tune it for what your interested in more. The conversations are a lot better, you can usually talk to people with opposing views like an adult and not a toddler.
