I am still hate playing the Oaken Tower Olen beta demo.
I also got back into Mindustry a little and let me tell you how much I hate having to juggle conveyor belts to move everything without getting things accidentally mixed up. Drives me crazy when I have to redo everything because materials are getting accidentally mixed in with the wrong lines. Especially in tight quarters.
I’m replaying Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch2. I just got it for the collection, booted it up out of curiosity how it runs, and now I’m 70 hours in again.
I’ve been having a great time playing Jump Space with some pals.
Love jump space! Wish I had pals, but the robot ain’t a bad wingman.
I’ve done a few solo+robo runs with the small ship and it’s a great time. It’s a bit less chaotic because there are some ship effects (like fires and radiation leaks) that don’t get enabled until you have at least 3 players. I’m excited to see how the game develops over the next few months.
The big advantage of the robot over human pals is that you can send items directly to your ship. In coop you need to carry it. The biggest downside is that it uses soooo much ammo when acting as a ship gunner. I'm flying the small ship and put on the lance railgun. The long reload time ensures that the bot can't waste all my ammo.
Playing Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater for the ps1 for the first time since I was a kid. All I can say is I must not have been good at it, this game has a surprisingly high difficulty curve if you want to get all of the points needed for the tapes.
Just finished Metaphor a few days ago.
Am now going to continue working on the Trails series. Trails from Zero right now and having an absolute blast!
Been playing some darktide and space Marine 2
Star Rupture for me. Scratching that Satisfactory itch I basically always have.
Same for me! I just unlocked the cargo dispatcher and the tier 2 building mats to build them, so I wiped my entire spaghetti factory and I'm rebuilding in a nice bus layout, transporting in the remote ores using the dispatchers.
I like that there's more combat in the game. I was a tad disappointed that, when I entered a cave for the first time carrying a lot of guns and ammo, I only found some plants and crystals. I was prepping for a big fight with bugs hiding from the rupture! 😄
Are you me? We are in the same place doing the exact same thing!
Picked up Robocop: Rogue City a while back for cheap, just started playing it. It's really good!
I really enjoyed it, have you started getting the upgrade paths for the pistol yet? Love that feature, it kept the iconic pistol relevant for the whole game.
Rogue Legacy. I really suck at these fast paced reaction games. But I’ll farm some gold casually, upgrade everything and maybe i can brute force the bosses.
On a happy note, I won a giveaway of Vampire Bloodlines. I won’t get into it right away, but it’s good to have it again after many years. Ah, the daughters of Janus…
On an eh note, I was going to quit Star trek online, but it started a gamma recruit event. So even though it’s fomo, I’m like “Yes Founder!” for about an hour almost every day. But by now I’ve got a lot of things i don’t use just sitting there collecting dust, so it’s probably on its last legs.
On a bad note, nah just kidding. No bad note for now.
Couldn’t play much this week, but I got an invite to Deadlock and have been playing that. I’m having fun with it, but I have very little experience with hero shooters and even less with MOBAs, so it’s really confusing at times and feels kind of unlearnable.
Been enjoying Where Winds Meet for the last few days.
BG3 done? Time for a new playrhriigh /u/Chloyster
I’m in 15th century Bohemia, galavanting the countryside and getting into trouble as Henry of Skalitz.
KCD2. I also just finished KCD1.
I finally got started on Disco Elysium. When I was playing Planescape Torment, I thought the game would have been better if it got rid of combat altogether and just be dialogue. And what do you know! Seems like that’s exactly what DE is. Awesome.

I put a lot of time into Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader these last two weeks and finished the game. I had a great time with it, mostly because of the combat, I just really liked it.
Story is kinda meh, because in my run it felt a bit unfocused and bloated. It’s like the devs just wanted to cram as much 40k stuff into it as possible, so story threads just kinda fizzle out or something completely new gets suddenly thrust into the focus. It’s possible that this is because of my choices, how I did quests or if I did or didn’t kill certain NPCs.
This game also made me realize I don’t really like 40k. The whole setting and universe is just too ridiculous, dumb and over the top for me. I’ll still play the occasional 40k game, like Boltgun 2 or Dark Heresy, but it’s not a selling point for me.
I’m definitely gonna do a second playthrough, probably once the second season DLC is released. I actually started another run yesterday, because I just had so much fun with the game, and played through the prologue, making heretical choices, but I’ll try to finally give Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous a proper shot.
