Lack of memory is one of the main bottlenecks in Windows, and 8GB is really the bare minimum at this point. I'm not familiar with the memory requirements of music software you're using, but if you're working with a lot of samples I can imagine the more the better. 16GB would be better and 32GB better still.
But yes, that is a fairly low-spec CPU and more memory will only get you so far. As mentioned in other replies you may be better off looking to replace your laptop with used hardware with better overall specs than what you currently have.

Despite how financially unattractive it may currently seem, a RAM upgrade will most likely provide a significant performance increase. You'll have to decide if the cost is worth it to you.

The Hubble Deep Field imaged an area of the sky effectively the size of a tennis ball as seen from 100 meters away. It captured over 3000 objects almost all of which were galaxies. So yes, WAY more galaxies.

While I can't vouch for it personally, I've been told the acid trip in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998) is pretty accurate.

There are plenty of great deals on Steam, especially during the sales but I the Hitman series is not a great example. It used to be simple, the three games as separate purchases. Now it's all rolled into "World of Assassination" with various DLCs you have to buy to get the content from the original games. It's overly complicated and difficult to understand what you need to buy to get what you want.
