Yeah they lost me at, “so my child will be intellectually challenged” that’s hilarious but that’s definitely a bit

Obviously taking the piss.

This repost wasn’t believable the first 7 times either.

This user spams a lot, I kinda prefer empty lemmy to the same mfs spamming low effort facebook posts
TrickDacy@lemmy.world 3 weeks ago
I’m with you. They post just enough interesting things that I haven’t blocked them yet.

If it’s their favorite genre surely there are other hits besides this decade old rage bait.

Thanks !

Thats ragebait.
db2@lemmy.world 3 weeks ago
Maybe, but people like that exist.
Taldan@lemmy.world 3 weeks ago
Do they?
I’ve never met one. I’ve seen plenty of rage inducing posts online though. I’m sure somewhere, someone like this exists, but it’s probably rare enough most of us would never encounter someone so socially maladjusted in our entire lifetime
Which isn’t to say entitled people don’t exist - they do - more so that this level of oblivious entitlement is unlikely to continue existing into adulthood. Eventually it comes in conflict with reality and they learn acting like that only ends in mockery

Truthiness!
It feels right, because I find young rich parents to be annoying.
Thedogdrinkscoffee@lemmy.ca 3 weeks ago
It only works because we’ve seen people actually like this. If you couldn’t relate the joke falls flat.

Satire

Satire on public schooling, no?

Yeah the “make my child intelectually challenged” was the ticket. Kind of funny though.
