  While I love that they are doing the reading and thinking ahead. But they would have to find someone that would even be willing to start any of the process to maybe make one of these ‘issues’.

    Your understanding of English is brittle and pathetic. So long as you’re understood, you’re doing language right. If you’re not, then look into if there’s something that could be said clearer.
