Alantutorial is a trip. I highly encourage watching the full series, to experience the descent into madness.

Imagine swallowing one of these plain, with only the grease to lubricate it’s journey down your throat.
- Comment on Why do the majority of women still take their partner's last name? 3 days ago:
I suspect a lot of women despite not wanting to be considered property, still place value on belonging with their partner. The western norm of the man being the figurative head of household is still pretty prevalent. These two factors (and more, I’m sure) likely have some influence.

They’ve grown up in a world where immediate gratification is expected.
I know every generation says that about younger generations, but perhaps that’s because with every generation it just gets worse and worse.

It was a topical joke revolving around the numerous rounds of tech layoffs since 2023, as well as the current state of the industry, which is pretty awful and toxic if you’re a software engineer currently looking for work.

Gris - A beautiful platform puzzle game. A very emotional game, but one that makes you feel like you’re rebuilding something in yourself.
-
Meadow - I don’t know how to describe this game. You log onto a server, pick a woodland animal as an avatar, and then you explore the world and meet other players. Your only means of communication is noises and emojis. It’s so simple, yetso fantastic.
-
Bokida - Heartfelt Reunion - A minimalist art puzzle game. I haven’t played it in a while, bit I remember it being super immersive. I just had to finish it, to see how all of the pieces of the story fit together.
