you accepted a 4chan child sex doll story as factual enough to leave judgement on a foreign nation?
- Comment on Anon is a fact checker 5 days ago:
“Male loneliness epidemic” = “all lives matter.”
I disagree, ALM is a whataboutism meant to distract from the BLM movement. There is no loneliness epidemic movement, so if some men want to get together and discuss how loneliness particularly affects them, good for them.

Is it a big improvement over Portia? I have that from a previous month and never really sank time into it

okay, but then, who else is talking about progressives?
- Comment on Anon thinks there is a bicurious double standard 2 weeks ago:
they don’t get called out enough to keep it from becoming a major problem.
idk man 9 times out of 10 I hear someone talking about progressives, they’re exclusively referring to the most hypocritical ones. Like, when does anyone talk about the normal progressives that just want good things for everyone? That’s boring.

Listen to how they talk about Ukrainians
Oh, they wouldn’t happen to be calling them orks now, would they? That would be terrible.
Judging an ethnic group by their non-democratic government is prejudice, you are prejudiced. Now please continue to justify your racism like everyone else before you.

So, there’s no bioligical basis for vegetable in the first place
idk if I would go that far, I think “edible parts of plants” is a solid foundation. Sure, “edible” is kind of a social construct, but the plant part is indisputable. “Vegetarian” and “plant based diet” are near synonymous
- Comment on Does anyone else find it suspicious that there wasn't any criticism on here about Stop Killing Games until after it hit 1.4M signatures? 5 weeks ago:
No, remember, it only makes sense if you are consumer-brained
Less live service games = less consooming. Some people literally don’t care about things that are in their best interest, they will happily pay $120 for a game that has pay2win microtransactions and requires a monthly subscription and will also shutdown after 18 months, as long as there is a new one to buy after it.

It makes sense if you are completely consumer-brained and only see it as “companies will make less (live service) games if they are forced to support them/let them be community supported”
- Comment on Does anyone else find it suspicious that there wasn't any criticism on here about Stop Killing Games until after it hit 1.4M signatures? 5 weeks ago:
No, there was definitely some criticism before. Prior to this month, it wouldn’t be unusual to hear people complain about how it would destroy the live service market and was therefore Bad Actually for games and game preservation
The topic getting much more mainstream just brought all those people with.

Tomatoes and fruits are a great litmus test (no pun intended) to see if a person can recognize the domain of their knowledge. Some people glomp onto a fact that is correct in some scenarios and use it as an “umm actually” where it isn’t appropriate or even correct (like the definition of racism)

Actually, “mushrooms are technically meat” is a new hill I’d like to die on. Mushrooms have animal cells, ergo, definitely not a vegetable.

What gets me is how CJ flips from O.G. Loc to Madd Dogg. Yeah Loc does go on Smoke’s side (although you only know that from like, one radio commercial) and you *could* say seeing the direct impact of his choices on Dogg changed his mind, but it feels more like just chasing whoever can benefit him more. Which makes sense, but why have the weird betrayal?
