I thought The Kremlin was a Russian ruler but no, it looks like that’s the fortress that the ruler lives in (like the White House)

Realistically, probably just what it looks like. Guy repeatedly tries to warn boeing of safety issues, gets ignored over and over, plane kills a bunch of people, guy kills himself because he feels responsible and those deaths weigh on his mind.
We don’t know it was self inflicted, and I’d argue its still murder either way, but until then there’s no need to put his family through even more grief by spinning out econspiracy theories around his death.
