When I was a kid, my parents would wax poetically about their summers spent picking strawberries and green beans earning 25 cents a day in California Central Valley. They loved it, apparently.
Good, honest work they told me. Then as I got older they demanded I attend college and get a white collar career established, lol.

Without the US dept of education, there are going to be no more grants or scholarships. Probably no student loans. Were going to see the absolute gutting of academia in the US and nobody is even aware of it.

A protest where you did not get a protest permit.

I dunno man. I’m a white male, grew up with privilege in an upper middle class family.
I’ve had (2) times when totally random people tried to murder me at night. One while I was cycling, another when my friends and I came out of a movie theater and got chased halfway across the city by a carload of thugs.

Is this supposed to be funny, or are you a bot trying to normalize how fucked up this is?

30 minutes? I got a 24 hour ad I e time, during the pandemic. It was this trippy art video thing where worms were eating the universe. Or something. I don’t know, but it was animated in a hand drawn style.
Those were strange times

This is just more of the left war against Christmas!
Jesus would definitely approve of… Dicks out for Santa.

You think a zoo CEO being paid $1.2 million per year is normal? Really???
- Comment on Charities of Employees from "non-profit" I was going to donate too 3 months ago:
Wow, that’s crazy. I just checked out my local zoo and there are only 2 executives with a pay package of $200k. The rest are unpaid trustees.
- Comment on Why, in English at least, is the letter W called "double U" and not "double V"? 5 months ago:
When I was first teaching my son the alphabet, we got to “W” and, before I could say it, he called it “two vees!” It was so cute.

Stores still accept cash? What is this, the 17th century?!

I hate self checkout. I work all day to then check out my shit and bag my own groceries? And pay 2x for the same food and less service than 5 years ago?

I was on 4 Chan 20 years ago and even back then it was full of gore, snuff type photos and CP. It was and always will be a cesspool.

Just like they claimed NATO had biolabs on the Ukraine / Russian border: it’s all a conspiracy to destroy poor mother Russia!

This isn’t accurate, they were very active in brigandine other federations, hitting random threads on .world for instance with hundreds of reply comments drowning out anything that may be a tiny bit critical of china or Russia. Or pro west.
There wereultiple cross-posts daily pointing to specific threads posted on hexbear to organize brigading.

I have yet to see any reasonableness from hexbear.
Hell, I had a few members tell me that I was part of the evil capitalist elite because I had a job.

It’s obviously a primary source, duh.
That being said, a few years ago we did lose a crow and a bluejay from the fireworks. We found them lying dead in the middle of the backyard the next morning.
This year however so far no dead animals.

They need drones that shoot fireworks!

I live in a city that has criminalized all fireworks, including pop-its. We’re talking arrest and jail time are on the table just for transporting them in your car through city limits (I’m sure this violates the Commerce Clause).
However, drugs are legal. I love their priorities.
