If you want to get technical, I believe “whelm” originally came from waves hitting the hull of a ship, overwhelmed was when the waves crashed over the side and onto the deck.

I think it just depends on which estimates you go off of. No one knows exactly how many people died in each, and while 10x is definitely pushing it, 5x would be more reasonable.

Almost exactly the same here. I technically still have my old windows install as a VM, but it’s broken and has been for months because I’m too lazy to update one little script that would take 5 seconds, because who cares, I ain’t using it.
I don’t use Arch, btw. But I use EndeavourOS!
