QV Cream has been the only moisturiser that hasn’t eventually caused bad reactions for my skin. It can be a bit expensive and it’s hard to know if it will work out before buying a tub of it and trying it, but it does goes on sale sometimes at pharmacies.

I did it!!! I sent the email AND I FEEL AMAZING. I couldn’t figure out how to explain that I sent this way past when I should have, so I just opened the email with this:
Hi,
Thank you for your patience over the past few months, I was unable to finish writing a reply due to force majeure.
sentence about what the email is about
With this new request there is ample documentation, coherent and eloquent arguments, all accompanied with supporting evidence that should imbue a greater sense of understanding regarding the request upon reading.
Regards, name
Attached with literally what I had wrote all those months ago (polished with an hour of proof reading + fixing up citations). It was this easy to do, but apparently it was easier to have panic attacks instead… I’m just so glad it’s over, now I can finally read and action the “new” emails I have pilled up over the past couple of months!

I’ve been procrastinating sending off an important email for about three months now. I did 95% of the email (basically a structured essay with thorough citations) and got stat decs done to back it up, plus all the other supporting documents I need. Since then I’ve been having severe anxiety about finishing it every day and I haven’t touched it since. My cursed ADHD + anxiety combo has had me in a vicious cycle of not doing anything about it yet worrying still. I’m kept up at night with the dread of not finishing such a simple task, completely helpless to and at the mercy of my shoddy executive functioning.
Today, I’m breaking that cycle. I’m fucking going to proof read it and send it off even if it’s not “perfectly” done, it’s going to happen despite all my brain’s attempts at stopping it. I’m not happy with it, but it’s better late and imperfect than never and forgotten.

Got my covid booster within six months no questions asked beside my date of birth (I’m 22) and name. Apparently pharmacies don’t follow the rules? I’m only allowed to get it every 12 months lol

It’s called polyphasic sleep and yeh, we used to do it (more commonly) before street lights were a thing. It’s still a thing a lot of people do with, siesta being a common example

Yep, they definitely did it here. Seems like there’s no bounds for U.S. propaganda. It’s seemingly as far reaching as microplastics are—we’ve all been exposed to it. I’ve had some “friends” get sucked into it a while ago, very scary stuff.

For me it really depends on what the particulate matter is comprised of. I’m very sensitive to some things as I can have issues breathing when PM2.5 is around 5 μg/m³ depending on what’s causing it

Don’t know how it’s Saturday already… Anyways, has anybody noticed that the air quality has gone to shit the past day or so? I swear there’s smoke or something, can’t open the windows as the air hurts my throat. Seems to be happening quite a bit the past few months every couple of days. Planned burns?

Happy cake day! Wow, wonder what the heating bill is gonna be like lol
(Being pedantic) Also, temperature doesn’t “start” at 0°C, so it’s not “double” what it is outside. 0 C is still ~ 273 Kelvin.

This is genuinely impressive considering how cold it is outside. Hope you get things under control and stay safe

I think we might have been allowed to do it as one of the reasons to go out, but I remember for at least one of them I had to hand wash my clothes like I’m doing now

No worries.
I know you mean well, but I think that kind of thinking is what got me with covid in the first place. I don’t want to risk continuing to spread it further to other people, not a chance.

For some reason it’s only occurred to me now that clothes can be washed by hand and that I know how to do that 🤦♀️
Well, I know what I am doing today…

Never realised how bad it is not having my own washing machine until now—testing positive a week later. I ran out of towels near the start as I was due for a wash and I just ran out of clean clothes then.
My only symptom now is reduced smell and I feel fine in every other respect, but I’m not gonna be that person who rocks up to the laundromat covid positive—it can wait (hopefully).

Covid finally got to me. Grocery order got half delivered so my housemate went to sims footscray a week ago and got the Schroeder Special (coining it as Schrovid). Now I have it so I’m just resting at home with a fever. Quite an anticlimactic end to my covid free streak. Hopefully my chronic fatigue doesn’t play up after this. Am I meant to be doing anything other than resting and staying hydrated? I’m just planning on exclusively resting and playing Baldur’s Gate 3 for the foreseeable future lol

Do you have two bootloader entries in the BIOS? Or were you using GRUB (or Systemd-boot) to boot between them?
It’s probably easy to fix, it’s just knowing exactly what happened is probably the most complicated step lol
Hope you’re able to fix it. Having the different OSes on different drives (portable drive in case of laptop) seems to cause the least amount of issues with boot entries dying after updates.
