In short:
The government will introduce laws to restrict protesters in Victoria, following a series of anti-Semitic incidents across the state.
Face coverings, certain flags and attachment devices will be banned at protests. [seemingly including disease-preventing face masks, but it's left ambiguous]
The government will also introduce legislation which would establish protest-free zones around places of worship.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Why let a crime go to waste? Perfect reason to force through some bullshit they’ve been waiting for a reason to.
Yet another excuse to arrest peaceful protestors. History undoubtedly shows that if people can’t protest peacefully, the people will start to get more violent.
Honestly, I think that might be what they’re hoping for.
