Well, unless he’s insanely strong, he did it with weapons sized for him, or is a master poisoner.
Both are equally impressive achievements for his physical limitations, in that Genghis Khan sorta way.
- Comment on the emperor 3 days ago:
Well, he looks quite pleased about it. Probably takes a lot for a caterpillar to reach the rank of Emperor.

I’m kinda terrified of an Oppenheimer beyblade.
Those things are already kinda scary, if they get up to the right speeds. Probably won’t break a bone, but some of them shoot out of that arena damn quick, and some can get heavy as hell for a spinning top toy. Pretty durable, too.

They creeped me out as a kid. It didn’t help that I had this concept that they were like “evil” butterflies. Child brain hardcore taking my grandmother’s complaining about moths eating clothes and being a nuisance too far.
Absolutely adore them, now. Go ahead and enjoy some lamp, little friend, you’ve earned it.

So long as you know you aren’t dealing with an expert, confidence in your nonsense will get you impressively far.

I wonder if there’s some kind of near-surface pipes they might hear water running through.

Has Phoenix Wright been a documentary about the Japanese legal system this entire time, and we just wrote it off?

Holy shit, I genuinely haven’t thought about that manga for years. I genuinely have respect for it, from the bits I’ve seen. I’ve never delved into it myself, but I used to have a buddy that absolutely loved it, he used to post panels and pages as reactions.
That is definitely going on my watchlist.

At least Batman has some armored plating.
This looks like “Middle Manager By Day, Fill My Burrow By Night”.

I can’t with that suit.
Batman if he suited up in a BDSM shop looking shit.

I initially misread “garlic” as “garum” and immediately felt bad for the neighbors.

How quickly will they drop 'Get your paws off me, you damn dirty mutt" in the trailer?
I give it under 20 seconds.

- Comment on Weekly “What are you playing” Thread || Week of November 3rd 1 week ago:
Vampire Survivors has got me back in its grip. The Ode to Castlevania DLC dropped on Halloween. I really don’t understand where the time goes when I play that game.
Also picked up Webfishing, an absolutely adorable time. I don’t know that I really consider it “playing”, the actual gameplay is pretty basic, but I’ve enjoyed the peaceful nature of it and have had fun just chatting.
This is seriously dating myself, and probably hyper-specific, but it feels more like chatrooms back in the late 90s to early 2000s. Most of the rooms I’ve been in have been relaxed. Having a talk about life while someone strums “Simple and Clean” on a guitar somewhere in the background. A bit of roleplay going on.
The small lobbies, the small map, the chill gameplay, all makes for a cozy, welcoming place. Like you really did just stumble across someone’s campsite, and they invited you to sit.

The air is hot water. You are hot water. There is no relief. You don’t even want to breathe.

The kraken works in mysterious ways. We must trust in their decisions.

I’m assuming uncomfortably.
Unless someone was into that.
- Comment on The Elder Gods 4 weeks ago:
Yes. In fact, I have spent a long portion of my life starting my morning with demands of the release of the kraken.
We’re not learning the lesson fast enough. The kraken will either be another step in our downfall, or we can start feeding people to them until things get better.

“Asbestos was first synthesized by the master magi Mesothelioma. He was looking for a way to slowly poison the local villages without easy detection, and ended up creating one of the most common robe linings found today.
Mesothelioma is remembered long after his passing, though not fondly. If you, or a loved one, has been harmed by the creations of Dark Lord Mesothelioma, Sending us today…”

This is also a problem rehabbers can face! Some patients just don’t want to go, they had the good life and absolutely refuse to wild back up. This is why minimizing direct handling and human socialization as much as possible is a key step.
It’s easy to see why people can think of wild animals like pets when you see them act like that. We all want the same basic thing, in the end. To be comfortable.
- Comment on Too Much 4 weeks ago:
Otis Spunkmeyer is the brand. We use the same cookies at my job. The secret is to let them sit for about 20-30 minutes after pulling the dough from the freezer(it’s pre-shaped discs), and only bake them for 10-12 minutes at 350 fahrenheit instead of the recommended 15-16.
- Comment on Players are now less "accepting" that games will be fixed, say Paradox, after "underestimating" the reaction to Cities: Skylines 2's performance woes 5 weeks ago:
I mean, have you looked at HoI4 lately?
Look, I get it, but the state of DLC in Paradox games has moved beyond even the memes. I think they took those as inspiration. There’s a fucking monthly pass now!
I deeply enjoy their games, but the DLC bloat confounds me.
