Expecting perfection is a huge problem in all aspects of life. People just want instant perfection and aren’t willing to work towards it. Then there’s just apathy and that leads to stagnation or worse regression.

So a long time ago on like moddb or something there used to be a ton of full game conversation mods for half-life 2. In the early days gmod was one of them, but there were a ton of other fun one that had varying levels of reliability. I remember one where you were in this apartment building and you had to find your way out and each room had a bunch of funny weird stuff that happened. I haven’t been able to find any of those types of mods in a long time and I’d love to revisit them

Wow that is insane, I didn’t know they fumbled it so bad. I remember when it was announced and the fan base was so pumped. I played a little of the first game but never got super into it.

Nearly every single kobalt tool I’ve had has broken or just stopped so quickly. They are such a small step above harbor freight that it isn’t worth my time anymore.
