That’s an awesome idea and I’m stealing it! Future me is going to love this, because there’s no way I’m going to remember I set up this reminder.

That game (and its predecessor 2xtreme) were not nearly as fun as the premise sounds on paper, but I loved every second of them.
I don’t even want to guess how much my parents spent on rental fees for those two titles alone. It had to have been cheaper to just buy them.

I loved Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction so much as a kid. Still do, but I used to too.
- Comment on Arizona teas at $1.59… we used to be a proper country. 4 weeks ago:
Because those of us who actually shop at Circle K know this is not a special price just for their exclusive flavors. It’s the same price for all Arizona Iced Tea products.
- Comment on Arizona teas at $1.59… we used to be a proper country. 4 weeks ago:
The unfortunate truth is the MSRP on the can is just that, a suggested retail price. Circle K can rip off their customers all they like because this is America, and there’s apparently nothing more sacred than corporate profits.

Well, nothing you’ve said is relevant to my comment, so perhaps you shouldn’t have replied to me? We’re done here.

No they got rid men-only tournaments in the 1980s.
Did I say otherwise? I simply explained why “gendered chess tournaments” were ever a thing in the first place. There’s nothing for you to disagree with, so weird start.
So you can’t really blame this one on Trump if you have a problem with it.
When did I do that? Okay, I’m beginning to think you didn’t even read my comment before replying.

I mean, it’s not a mystery. Men decided women shouldn’t be allowed to compete against them. That’s why.

You better watch out, you better not cry
You better not pout, I’m telling you why
The Mothman is comin’ to town
He sees you when you’re sleeping
He knows when you’re awake
He knows if you’ve been bad or good
So be good for goodness’ sake!Jokes aside, The Mothman Prophecies might be one of the worst books I’ve ever read that somehow translated into a pretty solid movie, mostly because it ignores 90% of it. The majority of the book is just John Keel rambling about ultraterrestrials, and boy is it a slog to get through.

- Comment on Did you know crawfish have balls? 2 months ago:
Now I want to see if they have any crawdads at the grocery store and whip up a batch. Its been eons since I had them!
Hell yeah! I no longer live in the deep south, but I still live in a southern city, and don’t have trouble finding them. If you’ve got a Publix or Harris Teeter in your area just ask someone behind the seafood counter if they’ve got frozen crawfish. They almost always have a couple 2lb bags. They’re just usually pre-cooked whole crawfish, so you’ll have to pick the tail meat yourself. It’s a lot harder to find a package of tail meat.
- Comment on Did you know crawfish have balls? 2 months ago:
Lol. It sounds silly but they’re talking about Crawfish fritters, which are just chopped crawfish tails mixed into a cornmeal batter, rolled into a ball or pancake shape, and deep fried. They’re tasty! And the worse the sign looks, the better they’re gonna be. It’s kind of an unwritten rule in the south. This sign tells me they’re probably a 6/10. Now if it were a hand painted sign leaning against a tree? Those would be the best god-damn fritters you’d ever eat in your life.
