Doesn’t someone else having access to your account violate OnlyFans terms of service? If it does they can implement basic KYC protections.
Either way, I don’t think this is a unsolvable problem.

Didn’t the article say that some of the protections OnlyFans have in place didn’t work? Like linking bank accounts with a different name.
OnlyFans can also easily warn content creators about scams.
