Heh, I was in the gym and doing the seated row. Went to pull back the handles at a reasonable weight, nothing I hadn’t done before and then I feel this thump in my back. Instant agonized pain, face goes white (a neat trick for me), sweat all over and i nearly black out.
Moral of the story? Work out, stay active, bit also watching your form becomes much more important later in life.
