Why the fuck aren’t you all this upset and outraged about the AI tech overlords ruining the entire world
But we are? There have been working movements against data centers and siding with data centers costs politicians’ elections. Also vigilantes have been cutting down flock camera which use “AI” technology. Anything more than that is basically only starting a civil war, because data centers and technocrats are quite guarded.
Also one of the main reasons why we use fediverse is because we dislike technocrats and believe in free software as in freedom.

Just take the L and let it go. Nobody here likes to see generated images and we don’t care about what it’s supposed to depict. You are facing like a minimal amount of backlash of everyone saying we don’t like such content. At the moment I wrote this comment there were no comments mean to you until you responded defending what everyone here hates.

Please leave your large statistical models and its slop at the door unless it cures cancer. If it cures cancer you post it in some technology community.

As somebody who made a cake out of bought mix and from scratch both are good. I don’t think it would taste that different if I made the cakes which I do from a mix from scratch instead. Though I do most of them from scratch because I find finding a good cake mix to be hassle and making it myself less so.

It requires even more effort than it’s seemed from the comment. An year ago when I was studying UTFs 8, 16, and 32 I couldn’t get anything out of the lectures, so I took the website link for testing if I’ve understood the conversion. At the time I used the ChatGPT to explain it to me, since I needed a short, up to the point answer. It sucked a lot and I mean a LOT. The steps that were used for one didn’t work for other and vice versa. I’ve basically reverse engineered the process myself with only “screaming” at the AI, which gave me in total 0 useful informations. I would have probably watched a video about it if I wasn’t at the time at uni. I went to uni 4 hours before the small exam in order to force myself to study, but I wasn’t expecting it to be hard to find good materials. As for maths I found it useful only because teacher didn’t give us basic materials for home.

I’ve never understood TCGs. Why not just print out the cards. Why not to use a randomizer to from which one should make up a deck for one duel. If the fun gambling and consumerism?

I wasn’t exactly able to find him say anything about gathering data about CP sex offenders, however I was at least able to find a video of him saying that there is no conclusion yet: youtu.be/2UvKgsi-kDg?t=318
I thought I heard him say that gathering data was very difficult as people would have to admit to offending. Maybe it was because I kept on hearing him talk about problems with studies sample sizes but that doesn’t matter.
- Comment on Drop your unpopular opinions here because c/unpopularopinions is filled with popular opinions 4 weeks ago:
That’s like comparing apples with oranges. I was talking about gathering of statistical data. There are solid arguments against drawn CP like it becoming less and less taboo making one possibly more likely to not see the assault as bad, but there is no way to prove it. I will send what I was trying to paraphrase when I get out of shower and dry to user you responded to.

I don’t think there is a reliable statistics for that. I was watching a psychologist specialized on sex offenders and he said it just doesn’t work.

Suing for defamation is very hard in US. It is only practical against poor people in states without anti SLAP laws. I don’t think a republican politician would have problems with financing his defense for not at all corrupt reasons /s

Few thousand years.
Dear, it still happens. “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.” is not even a point of discussion but a statement of a fact. Your so called thousands of years is less than a year from revolution in Nepal and around 40 years of fall of USSR in Europe; not to mention the regression is caused by oligarchs who have transformed US into a competitive authoritarianism. They must learn fear before civil war becomes the only remaining option.

I think the 100 - 1 + 1 is that he learnt a pattern like: rand() % (upper bound - lower bound + 1) without understanding it which gets a number between 100 and 1. Then because it gets rounded down he adds 1. For the multiple fetches some are for different API entrances which could be individually limited??? and duplicates maybe for… I want around 50% to be at this? It’s a bit hard to read and remember whole typing on a phone.

you could morally treat dead human relatives and friends as a shared property. Desecrating property aka. vandalism is not allowed. Every living owner of said property would then have to agree, which would have to be decided by let’s say guardians of a corpse selected in the body’s last will. Out of practicality it would be opt-in with following examples: I consent (giving rights to state), I don’t (default, giving rights to the people), I will leave the decision up to <name(s)>. Not consenting option would be almost impossible to clear as there would always be somebody wanting their shared property to not be desecrated unless outside of civilization where nobody else can exercise their rights in a arbitrary time window. It is an distinction between morality and practicality. While fucking a corpse by itself would mean nothing others would be still deeply mentally hurt, but this legal framework would clearly set boundaries of this is not your fucking business.

For all I care fuck a dead deer. We already slaughter and rape animals on an industrial scale. Pretending to have a morale high ground is a hypocrisy. That’s why I respect vegans or people who strive to become them as they are only ones somehow consistent without being brainwashed by religion and still against this while religious people only think of it as disgusting but happily participate in torture when they don’t see it, because they are brainwashed into stripping other creatures of self.
