Same. I’d probably complain to the person directly.
Maybe I’d even stick my hands in their
nutsackbag of shelled pistachios before they purchase them to see if they like their nuts beingfondledhandled by strangers. - Comment on Costco Pistachios 3 days ago:
Bullbarn in Canada, maybe? But that’s weird to do imo.

Yes, that is what they said.

From an outsider, the US has always looked like the lapdog tbh. Not that I disagree that Biden (and every other president before and after him) should have been telling Israel to fuck off.

I was under the impression that it was Israel invading Gaza.

I dunno, the bus is public transportation. Aren’t republicans against that? Throw each other under a cybertruck, maybe.

3 was ground breaking with the level of violence and huge 3D map. Vice City and San Andreas immersed me in unique settings (80s and black criminal cultures).
I didn’t really see any element that intrigued me for 4 and 5. I had the same kind of assumption as you: just more of the same. I didn’t have a PC psycho enough to run the games nor a console, so that played a big factor on my decision to skip those titles.

Yeah because it was a paid knock off of couch surfing. I made so many great friends in my trip to Europe because most of those doing it were college students or recent grads who wanted some extra cash and meet people.

- Comment on This bookstore wraps all books in plastic. 2 weeks ago:
When we wrap out books, it’s usually manga. But it’s weird for Tsutaya of all stores to do it because the ones here aren’t wrapped and they were the first to promote customers to read before purchasing.
- Comment on This bookstore wraps all books in plastic. 2 weeks ago:
It’s pretty common in Japan, but specifically for manga.
It’s really weird that Tsutaya would do this because although it was frowned upon in Japan to spend too long reading a book without buying it, Tsutaya was the one to change that norm. They even introduced cafes on premise where you can bring books that you haven’t paid for.
- Comment on Amazon thought it would be a good idea to not include subtitles in a film made entirely with sign language. 2 weeks ago:
The only time a “[speaks German]” type of subs is acceptable is when the audience is not supposed to understand what’s being said. Obscuring the hardcoded subs with that bullshit is absolutely infuriating.

I honestly can’t afford to lose my wife because there’s no way I would find another partner in the modern dating scene. I feel like the bar is way higher than it was in the early 2000s.
