I remember after the school shooting, uvalde county overwhelmingly voted for Abbot and Trump, Cruz, and every crooked judge and sheriff who did nothing while their children died. At a certain point sympathy evaporated for a community that is working against its own interests, and against the lives of their own kids. This is how I feel about Texas in particular among all the states, i just have no more empathy to spare for Texas.

Hammond literally good around gaslighting the entire group by saying “spared no expense” when in reality he cheaped out and cut every corner. His undoing was Dennis, who was the lowest bidder in a security contract. Instead of picking the absolute best, Hammond went with the lowest bidders. Even the T. rex fence should not have been so easy to break down, power or not. The entire park was built cheap and fast

I wouldn’t be surprised if they cause issues in pipes. I work in building maintenance and when sand collects in a horizontal drain it causes issues. Kitty litter is the worst because it turns to cement inside the pipes. But over time the beauty products add up im sure

Just mineral or ground rocks work just as well. I hate my wife’s soft face scrub, i need that shit that feels like I’m scrubbing my face with sandpaper, to exfoliate well. Reminds me of my Dyson fan. When I put it away for the season the battery inside the remote leaked and the remote is dead now. So I download the Dyson remote control app. There’s only an on button on the fan itself, so in order to sync my phone to the fan i need the original remote to navigate the settings and go to “sync”
So my dead remote is required to activate any other remote

Tbf im not familiar with the Apple+ library since it was that one streaming service too many for me, so I never got it. Netflix is great for true crime documentaries i think

The stuff Netflix puts out, particularly the documentaries are far better quality than just about anything I’ve seen on cable or tv. I know people like to shit on Netflix but they have better content than most

99% of theatre staff are teens, the managers are like 20. As a fellow teen they used to intimidate me, now I walk in with a backpack full of snacks and they don’t even bother to ask to look in the bag anymore.
P.s. any place that doesn’t allow outside food, just tell them you have a special diet/religious diet/kosher/hallal and they can’t do anything but wave you through with your food

That’s the big issue with going to the theatre. Two tickets, popcorn and a drink for my wife and I and I’m paying $50+ in Canada. I think the last movie we saw in theatres was dr strange 2 and it wasn’t worth it, before that it was avengers end game. 99% of movies just aren’t worth going to the movies for. I haven’t seen a film i would say was 100% worth it since Fury Road
